RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS

Any adult 18 years of age or older who wishes to receive one or more of the Sacraments of Initiation need to attend weekly classes according to the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).

These RCIA classes take place once a week, and involves a process of formation through which a person comes to know more about the Catholic faith and becomes introduced into the parish community.

All adults, college-age and up, who are interested in learning about the Catholic faith is welcome.  Successful completion of this series of instruction will prepare a person to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation) at the end of the course, if desired.

Thus, these classes are not only to prepare one to receive the sacraments of Initiation; but also to afford an opportunity to learn more about the Catholic faith and to become involved in the parish community.

Registration forms will be filled out when the classes begin.  If you are already baptized, please also bring your Baptism certificate.
