RELIGIOUS ED. MASS - May 19 (First Communion Students Needed)

Our final Religious Education Mass of the year will be on Sunday, May 19th, 2019 at 11:15 am.  The Mass will be especially dedicated to our First Communion students.  We are looking forward to seeing all of them and their families at this special Mass as we come together as a community of faith to pray for them and to celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ present in the Eucharist (as well as their second Communion!).

As mentioned at the Parents’ Meeting a couple of weeks ago, we need students from the First Communion classes to participate in the various roles of the Mass:
  • Lector   (MUST READ WELL – will be assigned a reading part during the Mass)   (Full)
  • Offertory Bearer   (will bring up one of the gifts during the offertory)
  • Greeter   (will greet parishioners at the entrance doors before and after Mass)
We still have space for each of these roles!  Should your child want to participate, please complete the form you received in the parent packet, and return it to us as soon as possible, but no later than March 16th, 2019.  You can also download the form by clicking here.  As the available roles are limited, they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  You may also scan the form and send it to us via email.

We thank you for your support, and we look forward to this special celebration!

God bless you.
