Registration Packet
The first page is the cover letter, which includes general information about registration, as well as the dates for in-person registration at the religious education office and for registrations submitted virtually.
The next two pages, the "Instructions for Religious Education Registration," contain important information regarding the documents that need to be submitted to process the registration, the available options for submitting the registration (in-person and virtually), and the costs associated with Religious Education classes for this year. Please make sure to review these pages carefully.
The "Religious Education Class Information" page contains important information regarding the classes offered along with general sacramental information.
The "Registration Form" needs to be filled out completely. (one per child)
The "Requirements and Commitment Statement" needs to be signed by the parent and included with the registration form. (one per child)
The "Archdiocesan Policy: Rights and Responsibilities of Parents and Guardians of Students in Parish Religious Education Programs" contains important information that applies for parents that are divorced or separated. The form (bottom portion of the policy) must be signed by BOTH parents ONLY IF (1) the child's parents are divorced or separated AND (2) the child is NOT yet baptized as a Catholic.
Our guidelines and procedures can be found in our "Religious Education Handbook" under the "General Class Info" tab. Please make sure to read it to familiarize yourself with our procedures and policies. A hard copy of the "Religious Education Handbook" is available upon request. By signing the "Requirements and Commitment Statement," the parents agree that they and their child(ren) will abide by the guidelines and procedures set forth in the "Religious Education Handbook."
All general events (meetings, days closed, etc.) can be found on our "General Calendar" under the "General Class Info" tab. A paper copy of the calendar will be provided at the time of registration. For students scheduled to celebrate a sacrament in 2026, the parents will receive a calendar that also contains specific events pertaining to the preparation for the celebration of the sacrament. (Sacramental events can be found in the corresponding calendar under the "First Communion" and "Confirmation" tabs.)
Information about the Virtus Program, including the "Protecting God's Children - Teaching Safety" Handbook can be found under the "General Class Info" tab. A hard copy of this handbook is also available upon request.
ONE OF THE PARENTS MUST SIGN THE REQUIREMENTS AND COMMITMENT STATEMENT, ATTESTING TO THE PARENT'S CONSENT AND COMMITMENT IN REGISTERING THEIR CHILD(REN) IN THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM.
REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED THROUGH THIRD PARTIES. A PARENT MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
Religious Education classes will be held in-person at the parish at the start of the Catechetical year in September. There will be no virtual/online option.
